Dodge ISN spherical roller bearings are a patented adapter mounting system for quick installation and removal. The ISN roller bearing is dimensionally interchangeable with metric SN dimensioned split cap pillow blocks, with superior sealing options.

Withdrawal sleeves are convenient when it comes time to dismount the bearing from cylindrical shafts.

The Cooper split bearing is totally split to the shaft and consists of four components:

1. The bearing, either a fixed or expansion type, comes with either a brass, steel, or aluminium cage.
2. The swivel cartridge accommodates the bearing and seals and allows for misalignment.
3. The mount is either a standard or angle support pedestal, flange unit, rod-end unit, take-up unit, or a hanger unit. The Cooper mount is dimensionally interchangeable with SN and SD Housings.
4. Cooper manufacture felt seals as standard with the option of Aluminium labyrinth seals for higher speeds. Cooper can supply synthetic rubber high temperature packing and grease groove as an option.

RBC bearings

RBC is another specialised bearing manufacturer supplied by Bearings International.

RBC produces a full line of cam followers from 1/2 to 10-inch outside diameter sizes. Technical innovation and cost-saving features distinguishes RBC cam followers from its competitors.

RBC engineers also developed the QuadLube® spherical plain bearing to solve these failure modes:

1. Unidirectional loads
2. Heavy loads
3. Neglected lubrication intervals

The RBC QuadLube® spherical plain bearing is manufactured within the same envelope dimension as standard inch and metric spherical plain bearings. The lubrication system contains four precisely machined circular grooves on the spherical surface of the inner ring. In addition, the bearing is packed with an EP Moly grease and is sealed with lip contacts seals for grease retention.

Inductech is one of the leading manufactures of bearing heaters  for Bearings International. The different range of induction heaters can heat up bearings from 10mm to 1000mm bore diameter. The heater can also be used to heat up gears and couplings.

The heaters are manufactured with an automatic demagnetizer and come with a range of Induction bars.
