ROSTA OSCILLATING MOUNTINGS
Free oscillating systems are either activated by using exciters, unbalanced motors or unbalanced shafts.
The oscillation amplitude, type of vibration and the direction of vibration of the screen are determined by the dimensioning and arrangement of these actuators.
The excitation force, the angle of inclination of the excitation, the inclination of the screen-box and the position of the centre of Gravity determine the resulting oscillation amplitude of the device. The oscillation amplitude, and thereby the conveying speed of the machine, can be optimized by augmenting these oscillating mountings.

ROSTA MOTOR BASE MOUNTS
Mounting an Electric Motor onto a pre manufactured mounting base from ROSTA, offer the end user a number of benefits:
- Reduced short-term slippage by the start-up of large inertias excessive tension on belt-carcass is reduced
- Quick and easy to change the belts
- No complex time consuming readjustments necessary maintenance-free tensioning system no need of periodical compensation of belt elongation!

Chains and belts are important wearing parts in many plants and machines. Since they are constantly moving, the stressesto which they are subjected to are very high. Belts require Pre-tensioning periodically. Chain links elongate and run increasingly less smoothly.
